in the beginning
After being an avid reader of blogs, I’ve finally entered the ring. Of all the accomplishments one can hope to garner, having the title “blogger” has got to be second only to Nathan’s hotdog eating champion.
On these pages I’ll share the highlights and lowlights, victories and defeats of someone attempting to push the limits as a follower of Christ. It’s so easy to segment our lives into nice compartments, pretending that our role as father or mother is disconnected from our role as employee. Or that being a follower of Jesus can be separated from our role as husband or wife. I desire nothing more than an integrated life, where I understand that every word and every action will influence the entire kingdom. Jesus modeled the integrated life -he’s a hard act to follow.
